Submit an authorization request via email to NPRCReclamation@fiscal.treasury.gov, fax to (215) 516-8201, or submit an Electronic Case to ABA #0510-5051-7, via your FedLine® Solution.
Note: Enter "Please debit our account" in the comments field. In order to expedite the reclamation request, we request the Receiver Reference Field (RREF) be populated with the reclamation ticket number, exactly as it appears on the Notice of Direct Debit (U.S. Treasury Check Reclamation).
