Complete form FS F 2517 (formerly PD F 2517 (Off-Site)) and submit to the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service) (formerly the Bureau of the Public Debit (BPD)) (address on form). Upon receipt of form FS F 5320 from Fiscal Service, submit it to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta along with the Facsimile Cash Letter Deposit Form.
