FedNow® User Group
Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) is committed to the continued development and evolution of the FedNow Service by working closely alongside participating financial institutions and their service providers.
The FedNow User Group is a collaboration and engagement forum established by FRFS to foster dialogue and innovation with the organizations on the FedNow Service network.
The user group enhances the way organizations learn about, engage with, and shape the future of the service through:
- Engagement Opportunities: Regular webinars and work groups provide an engaging space where ideas can flourish. Members have ongoing opportunities to join discussions with subject matter experts, receive exclusive updates and ask questions.
- Product Roadmap Influence: Participation provides organizations opportunities to provide insights and feedback and to influence the FedNow Service product roadmap.
- Use Case Innovation: From account-to-account payments and digital wallet funding to instant insurance disbursements and business-to-business transactions, members will explore innovative use cases and identify opportunities that benefit businesses and consumers alike.
