FedNow® Service Town Hall held on 12/10/2025
Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) hosted a one-hour virtual event featuring insights on instant payments and updates to the FedNow Service. Highlights from the event include:
- Sarah Billings, executive vice president and group manager responsible for global payments at PNC Bank, joined Dan Gonzalez, vice president of FRFS customer relations, for a fireside chat highlighting the value and impact of instant payments.
- Stephanie Miracle, FedNow client specialist, hosted a panel discussion with Blake McDaniel, assistant vice president of FRFS product management, and Erik Van Bramer, senior vice president and head of FRFS customer and industry relations, highlighting how the FedNow Service has grown and evolved.
- Upcoming engagement opportunities were spotlighted, as well as educational and support resources for both prospective and live FedNow participants.
