Check Adjustments Webinar Training
These live, interactive training sessions are led by a subject matter expert who will provide insight and resources to help you effectively resolve settlement discrepancies on checks that were processed or handled by the Federal Reserve Banks. Webinars on several topics will be launched throughout the year.
Check 21 Act
This section contains valuable resources on the Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act, or Check 21, including a legislative overview, as well as a review of the act and its impact on the industry.

Federal Reserve Financial Services New Customer/Employee Training
The Federal Reserve Financial Services New Customer/Training on-demand webcast series will provide an overview of the Federal Reserve Financial Services, a basic understanding of the Check Services we offer and contact and resource information for Check Services. Additionally, the on-demand webcasts will assist you in understanding how items are processed using our Check 21-enabled Services, image cash letters and return letters, and the possible exceptions that can occur.
