FedNow® Service Town Hall held on 2/26/2025
Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) hosted a one-hour virtual event featuring a panel discussion with industry innovators. Federal Reserve experts also provided updates on the service and spotlighted upcoming engagement opportunities. Highlights from the event include:
- Stephanie Miracle, a FedNow client specialist, hosted a panel discussion with Michele Mihal of GESB Sheet Metal Workers FCU and Jason Greenwood of AMI Information Systems, highlighting how the credit union and its service provider leverage the FedNow Service in use cases for sending transactions.
- Dan Gonzalez of the FRFS customer relations team and Mollie Markham of the FRFS industry relations team participated in a fireside chat, highlighting perspectives from the industry and announcing new FedNow Service features and functionality available this summer.
- Upcoming engagement opportunities were spotlighted, as well as educational and support resources for both prospective and live FedNow Service participants.
