FedLine Advantage®
Federal Reserve Bank External Subscriber Request Form
An organization's EUAC should complete a separate Federal Reserve Bank External Subscriber Request Form for each individual who will be authorized to access a FedLine® access solution. This on-line, interactive form authorizes the Federal Reserve Banks to create a credential granting the Subscriber access to the Federal Reserve Financial Services indicated on the form. NOTE: The End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) will receive an acknowledgement email from the Federal Reserve confirming the receipt of the request.

Federal Reserve Bank End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) Form for FedLine Web®, FedLine Advantage and FedPhone®
This form gives the EUAC authority to designate authorized individuals (Subscribers) who should be issued credentials to enable them to transact business using the FedLine Web, FedLine Advantage or FedPhone access solutions. When we receive the completed End User Authorization Contact Form, a credential will be issued to the EUAC. The EUAC will use the FedLine credential to access the EUAC Center, which enables the EUAC to reset FedLine subscriber passwords and access Subscriber reports and FedLine documentation. The EUAC will use the FedPhone credential to manage FedPhone subscribers and request Subscriber reports.

NOTE: A separate form must be submitted for each individual that will be designated as an EUAC. An individual listed as an “Alternate EUAC” must be designated as an EUAC. This form must be signed by an individual listed on your organization's Official Authorization List (OAL).

This form gives the EUAC authority to provide instructions or other information related to FedLine Direct or FedLine Command configurations, and to control issuance of server credentials to enable the organization to transact business using the FedLine Direct of FedLine Command access solutions.

FedLine Web - for armored carriers
Federal Reserve Bank External Subscriber Request Form for Armored Carriers
An armored carrier's EUAC should complete a separate Federal Reserve Bank External Subscriber Request Form for each individual who will be authorized to access Coin Terminal and/or Custodial Inventory services via the FedLine Web access solution. This form authorizes the Federal Reserve Banks to create a credential granting the Subscriber access to the Coin Terminal and/or Custodial Inventory services indicated on the form. In addition, to grant access to Custodial Inventory services, an Armored Carrier must acknowledge on the form that they have notified the applicable Depository Institution (DI) on whose behalf they are subcontracted to provide Custodial Inventory services about the Subscriber indicated on the form. Review roles available for Coin Terminal (xls) and Custodial Inventory (xls) operators.
