Find helpful training and FAQs in the Assurance Program Resource Center

The Ops Stop provides your organization with a one-stop shop full of helpful operational resources offered by the Federal Reserve Banks. For this installment in the series, we are highlighting the FedLine® Solutions Security and Resiliency Assurance (“Assurance Program”) Resource Center.

Earlier this year, the Federal Reserve Banks created a resource center to assist organizations in completing the Assurance Program. The resource center is designed to be a central hub for key information and supporting materials. Below are two sections of the resource center that you might find particularly valuable:

  • Training information section: Did you know that we hosted 13 educational Assurance Program webinars between fall 2020 and summer 2021? Over 3,200 registrants were able to learn more about the steps for completing the Assurance Program. Couldn’t attend or need a refresher? Visit the Training Information section to access the recordings. Training opportunities for 2022 will be noted in this section in the coming months.
  • Frequently asked questions (FAQs): We received great questions throughout the webinars, and we’ve compiled answers to over 40 of the top questions for your reference. We will continue to review and update the FAQs as necessary.

As a reminder, all organizations that use the FedLine Solutions must complete the Assurance Program on an annual basis. Be sure to check out the resource center as your first line of support for questions!

Action Item:
