On-demand training videos highlight AMI application benefits

The Account Management Information (AMI) application can be a critical part of your institution’s Accounting Services from the Federal Reserve Banks, providing critical near-real-time information about your Federal Reserve account. AMI allows your account management, operations, reconcilement and other key functional areas within your organization to have access to the data they need.

On-demand training videos

Within the Training section of FedLine® Home under the Accounting tab, Subscribers can access bite-sized video content designed to deliver a flexible and convenient learning experience. Through a series of self-paced training videos, Subscribers will be able to quickly learn about key features and useful functionalities of AMI.

The second module of the training series, “Account Activity,” is now available. Subscribers can learn how to navigate AMI to view account balances, monitor and drill down on their account activity and search Fedwire® and non-Fedwire transactions.

“Billing Activity & Reports,” the first module released earlier this year, also is available, providing insight into the timing of monthly service charges along with tips on how AMI Subscribers can search for and view service charge information and download reports and statements.

How to view AMI training videos in FedLine Home
