Implementing the E-Manifest Service to help improve the U.S. cash supply chain

Cash Visibility is a joint industry initiative designed to bring more transparency and efficiency to the U.S. cash supply chain. As part of these efforts, the Federal Reserve is working with cash supply chain partners to implement innovative technologies, such as the FedCash® E-Manifest Service, that reduce manual data entry and promote electronic exchanges of information at Fed docks.

U.S. Bank and Davis Bancorp, a secure armored transportation company, are both early adopters of the E-Manifest Service. U.S. Bank has also digitally moved cash between Davis Bancorp and customers that have cash-intensive businesses. Read about the company’s experience furthering Cash Visibility in a U.S. Bank blog post (Off-site).
