Start the new year with a Check Adjustments webinar

The beginning of a new year is the perfect time to brush up on your skills and ensure you are familiar with our current procedures and processes. Our live, interactive webinars provide foundational or refresher training on Check Adjustments to both new and more experienced Check customers.

Customers also can learn the basic principles and concepts of Check 21 and how to electronically submit an adjustments request for some of the more common investigation types they may encounter.

Attendees will learn how checks are cleared in an electronic file format, how subsequent errors occur, and how to submit an electronic adjustment request and applicable documentation to resolve those errors.

Check Adjustments Insights into Investigation Types (ITYPs)

Attendees will review some of the most common investigation types institutions encountered in today's processing environment, and get detailed information regarding the usage and case submission requirements of various investigation types.

  • You can earn up to 3.3 Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) credits, up to 3.3 Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) credits and/or up to 3.3 National Check Professional (NCP) credits by attending an eligible webinar.
