The Ops Stop provides your organization with a one-stop shop full of helpful operational resources offered by the Federal Reserve Banks. This installment of the series focuses on the End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) Reference Guide and Onboarding Kit.
EUACs are the primary contact between your organization and the Federal Reserve Banks. Depending on which FedLine® Solution your organization uses and its connection setup stage, an EUAC’s responsibilities may include:
- Managing Subscriber access to the services and applications that are available via the FedLine Web® and FedLine Advantage® Solutions
- Ordering and setting up hardware equipment
- Submitting the necessary forms and agreements
- Coordinating application training and testing
To help EUACs better understand their roles, we offer the EUAC Reference Guide and Onboarding Kit. The EUAC Reference Guide and Onboarding Kit is available via the EUAC Center in FedLine Home. This document serves as a great resource to help onboard new EUACs and to help remind existing EUACs of their important responsibilities.
