Mandatory Structure Central access credentialing to begin in waves through December 2024

In July 2024, the Federal Reserve announced a new electronic reporting system known as Structure Central. Structure Central will provide reporters with a secure location to access their organization chart and domestic branch listing, access standard downloadable templates for reporting Items 3 and 4 and submit the FR Y-6 report electronically.
What's next?
Access credentialing for Structure Central will be completed in waves from August through December 2024. Your local Reserve Bank contacts will communicate instructions on how to sign up when it is your organization’s designated time to do so. When you receive this communication, please follow the required steps to obtain acess within the requested timeframe. Signing up outside of your designated credentialing period could result in delays to your access.
To prepare for setup, please identify and update, if necessary, the End User Authorization Contacts (EUACs) within your organization. The EUACs will be critical to the Structure Central application setup process and will be responsible for managing Structure Central electronic access. To update or verify EUAC information, please contact the Support Center at (833) 377-7827, Option 1.
