FedLine Advantage®

Subscriber Request

An organization's End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) must submit a Subscriber request via the EUAC Center in FedLine Home for each individual who will be authorized to access FedLine Web and/or FedLine Advantage. Once received, the Federal Reserve Banks will send an acknowledgement email to the EUAC confirming receipt of the request. Review Subscriber Access Level Descriptions to assist in determining which services your organization may need and the corresponding Subscriber access levels.

CCC-1001 End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) Designation and Authorization Form for FedLine Solutions
This form designates an EUAC who has authority to provide instructions and transact business with the Reserve Banks on behalf of an organization, including the ability to (i) issue, modify or remove server certificates and other credentials which authenticate electronic access to the Reserve Banks systems and applications, (ii) designate authorized individuals (Subscribers) who are also authorized to act on behalf of an organization and transact business with the Reserve Banks, and (iii) instruct the Reserve Banks on all matters regarding the organization’s Electronic Connection. Once received and processed, a FedLine credential will be issued to the EUAC for access to the EUAC Center, which among other things enables an EUAC to submit Subscriber requests, reset Subscriber passwords and generally manage the organization’s electronic access with the Reserve Banks.

NOTE: A separate form must be submitted for each individual that will be designated as an EUAC. An individual listed as an “Alternate EUAC” must be designated as an EUAC. This form must be signed by an individual listed on your organization's Official Authorization List (OAL).

This form should be used to request a FedLine Direct File connectivity test and/or an alternate site processing repoint. The information requested in this form may be obtained in the FedLine Direct Implementation Plan that was provided to your organization when the FedLine Direct connection was established.

FedLine Web® - for armored carriers

Subscriber Request for Armored Carriers

An armored carrier's EUAC must submit a Subscriber request via the EUAC Center in FedLine Home for each individual who will be authorized to access Coin Terminal and/or Custodial Inventory services via the FedLine Web Solution. In addition, to grant access to Custodial Inventory services, an Armored Carrier must acknowledge that they have notified the applicable Depository Institution (DI) on whose behalf they are subcontracted to provide Custodial Inventory services about the Subscriber. Review access levels available for Coin Terminal (XLS) and Custodial Inventory (XLS) operators.

FedLine-1004 End User Authorization Contact (EUAC) Designation and Authorization Form for Armored Carriers
This form gives the EUAC authority to designate authorized individuals (Subscribers) to transact Coin Terminal and/or Custodial Inventory business using the FedLine Web Solution. After we receive and process the completed EUAC Form, a credential will be issued to that EUAC. The EUAC will use the FedLine credential to access the EUAC Center, which enables the EUAC to submit Subscriber requests and access Subscriber reports and FedLine documentation.

NOTE: A separate form must be submitted for each individual that will be designated as an EUAC. An individual listed as an "Alternate EUAC" must be designated as an EUAC. This form must be signed by an individual listed on your organization's Official Authorization List (OAL).

FedLine Web

Subscriber Request

An organization's EUAC must submit a Subscriber request via the EUAC Center in FedLine Home for each individual who will be authorized to access FedLine Web and/or FedLine Advantage.
