FedLine® Access Solutions

Receive messages with attachments via your My Messages mailbox in FedLine® Home

April 15, 2016

Effective April 11, 2016, all FedLine Subscribers are able to receive messages with attachments from the Federal Reserve Banks via their My Messages mailboxes in FedLine Home. My Messages allows us to send individualized messages to FedLine Subscribers. The new attachments functionality will increase our usage of the tool to include delivery of documents that may have been provided previously via regular email.

The introduction of this tool on December 7, 2015, was part of our continued efforts to enhance security and make more information available through our FedLine infrastructure. Over time, we will continue to enhance My Messages and introduce new features to lay the foundation for a communications network for the Federal Reserve Banks and financial organizations. As we add features, we will update our My Messages Resource Center.

Advantages of My Messages include:

  • Offering an easy-to-use communication channel that works like a typical email tool
  • Providing the heightened security and reliability you expect from the Federal Reserve Banks
  • Eventually reducing the need to maintain separate credentials to receive encrypted email messages from the Federal Reserve Banks

If you have questions, please visit the My Messages Resource Center.
