The Federal Reserve Banks offer access to FedCash Services that is as easy as picking up the phone. Using FedPhone, you can perform basic FedCash Services activities while taking advantage of the interactive capabilities of the telephone to submit simple requests and information. In addition, FedPhone is an excellent tool for contingency purposes, providing key information and functionality that would be invaluable in a contingency situation.

You can access FedCash Services via FedPhone using simple and familiar touch-tone technology available to your institution once service is activated. To control access, each user will receive a Personal Identification Number (PIN) and a password which must be changed every 30 days for security purposes. You will not need to spend a lot of time planning your transition, training staff or reworking your operating procedures to get started on FedPhone. When you need your information, you just pick up the phone and dial.
