Account Management Information (AMI) Premium Services Suite

The powerful features and benefits of AMI are extended to new levels of value with the AMI Premium Services Suite. This array of premium options provides your institution with the ability to receive additional summary and detail information, delivery options, and download opportunities and formats. Some options are included in the monthly fee for FedLine^® Access Solutions (PDF), and others are available for an additional fee.

• Cash Management Services Basic (CMS Basic) provides unlimited real-time summarized intra-day access. Five different reports are available providing summarized account information for all transactions, with the exception of Fedwire^® Funds Service and Fedwire Securities Service. Download features for summary information allow you to work with your data in spreadsheet format.
• Cash Management Services Plus (CMS Plus) allows you to download, in CSV format, all the details at the service category level, excluding Fedwire Funds Service and Fedwire Securities Service. Once downloaded in spreadsheet form, the data can be analyzed, shared or loaded into other back-end programs. Files are updated six times daily.
• Intra-Day Download Search Feature allows you to download your real-time, customized search results into a spreadsheet. You can search for a specific entry or a group of accounting entries. It also provides supplemental information, such as one-, two-, and three-day totals.
• End-of-Day Financial Institution Reconcilement Data (FIRD) File is a machine-readable Statement of Account Reconcilement file designed to flow straight into institutions’ internal accounting systems. It allows institutions to streamline internal processes, improve and/or automate posting and reconcilement functions, and gain efficiencies, such as the use of automatching. The information provided on the reconcilements file is the same as that provided on the print display copy and also includes Fedwire Funds and Fedwire Securities details.
• Statement of Account Spreadsheet File (SASF) lets you download and/or open your end of day statements using spreadsheet software to perform internal reconcilement and posting functions more easily. The SASF includes your Fedwire Funds and Securities Services detail information, and you can download up to five business days of statement of account activity.
