Instructions on Completing FedPayments® Manager (FPM) FedLine Advantage® Test Request Form

Application to Test: REQUIRED. You must select either the FPM Fedwire® Funds Service or the FPM Fedwire Securities Service or both.
Number of Transfers Requested: OPTIONAL. Please select the number of test messages you would like to receive. If you require other than 5 or 10 messages, provide the specifics in the Other field. If no option is selected, the default is 5 messages. Note: You can access these test messages in FPM under Today’s Messages – Incoming Messages for three (3) business days beginning on your designated Start Testing Date.
Start Testing Date: REQUIRED. View supported testing schedule.  The FPM FedLine Advantage Test Environment is not open on the first business day of each month.
Comments: OPTIONAL. Please enter any additional comments regarding your testing requirements.
Is Your Institution Using FPM in Production: REQUIRED. You must indicate ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ if you are using FedLine Advantage for Fedwire Funds and/or Fedwire Securities in production.
