April showers bring much more than May flowers; they bring a great opportunity to dedicate some time to your team’s ongoing education. Take advantage of the inclement weather to brush up on your skill sets by participating in one or more of the events offered via our Events and Education curriculum.
In the February FedFocus article, Education is KEY for you and your staff, we told you about the year-round availability of the check adjustments webinar series that provides a readymade curriculum for educating new adjustments staff, for refreshing the skills of existing staff, for training staff members to serve as trainers themselves and for delivering educational opportunities. As these sessions run in a progressive series, we then recommended participation in our first two webinars in the series, Basic Principles and Concepts of Forward and Return Check Adjustments and Basic Principles and Concepts of FedLine Web and Documents to Follow, which cover the foundations of adjustments processing and builds core proficiency for the learner.
Now is the time for you and your staff to continue to build on that education by attending additional sessions. Keep moving forward with Basic Principles and Concepts of Check 21 Adjustments, followed by Basic Principles and Concepts of Endorsements and Not Our Items (NOIs). Then, kick things into high gear and round out your and your team’s check adjustments training with our advanced session, Check Adjustments Insights into Investigation Types (ITYPs).
The sessions also repeat, offering a variety of dates and times throughout the year. This year-round availability provides your institution with many opportunities to get educated, come rain or shine.
