FedPayments® Reporter Service

The FedPayments Reporter Service lets depository financial institutions automatically search Automated Clearing House (ACH) items for financial EDI messages, converts this payment and remittance information into human-readable reports, then distributes these reports to business customers so they can match ACH payments to accounting documents such as invoices or payroll records. Request that we contact you regarding your interest in the FedPayments Reporter Service.

Those with access to FedLine FedACH Information Services need only complete and submit Part 6D, Section A or, for more complex service access arrangements, the additional Part 6E of the FedACH Participation Agreement. Those wishing to send reports to a FedLine Access Solution to facilitate uploading reports into Internet banking cash management portals should also complete Part 6D, Section B of the FedACH Participation Agreement.  Links directly to the appropriate parts of the participation agreement are provided below. A person on your institution’s Official Authorization List (OAL) must sign these forms.

Fax the completed agreement(s) to your FedACH Central Operations Support (COS) site at the number provided below.

Upon your service effective date, you are ready to set up your report selections in the service screens.  For helpful guidance, see the FedPayments Reporter Service “Getting Started Guide for Setting Up Automated Reports” (PDF).
