Q: Will I be charged the monthly FedMail fee if I use another electronic access solution from the Federal Reserve Banks?

A: Customers who do not use any other Electronic Access Solution and receive a priced service over FedMail email will be charged the monthly fee per routing transit (ABA) number for unlimited email addresses per ABA. Customers who only receive their accounting statement (Account Holders), monthly Billing Statement or check adjustments through FedMail Email will not be charged the monthly fee. If a customer accesses priced services over another Federal Reserve electronic access channel, FedMail email will be provided as part of the combined price.
